Shillong, January 15: The Meghalaya SSA School Association (MSSASA) will hold a two day sit in demonstration in from of the regional office of the National Institute of open Schooling (NIOS) Shillong on the 24th and 25th of this month if the authority did not rectified the anomalies in their result announced on the 9th August 2016.
The president of the MSSASA Mr Aristotle C Rymbai, in the press statement issued to the media houses said that they have taken this decision to hold this two day Sit In Demonstration at the gate of the NIOS regional office at the central body meeting, if the NIOS authority did not rectified the anomalies on or before the 23th of this Month.
There are 4385 teachers all over the state that has taken special guidance from NIOS, on teaching to excel themselves in the teaching profession know as Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) in 2013 as the first batch, this teachers who were train with NIOS are all from SSA, Government School, Adhock and Deficit School.
The anomalies committed by the NIOS authority while declaring the result of the 4385 teachers , who were born the expenses by the state government to allowed the teachers to acquired better training skills, but this anomalies committed by the NOIS authority has created hurdle in the government sanction in hikeking their salaries.
From the MSSASA had met Dr Chandra Bhushan Sharma Chairman of the NIOS on the month of December 2016 at the NIOS headquater at Noida, where he has assure the delegation of MSSASA that their anomalies will be son rectified but till date they have not done anything. In order to put pressure on the NIOS authority to correct their mistake the Association had call for a two day sit in demonstration at the Regional office of the NIOS in Shillong.
