Shillong, August 25: The newly constructed RCC office Building of the Dorbar Shnong Upper Lumparing was inaugurated by the local MLA Mr Sanbor Shullai, at Lumdorbar, Upper Lumparing Shillong.
The total amount of the project is Five Lakhs only, funded under SUWP Scheme selected and recommended by Shri Sanbor Shullai-MLA. On this day Various Church leaders Rangbah Shnong, Rangbah Dong and Local NGO’s and prominent people of Greater Lumparing Area who were present on the occasion were so happy that their dream comes true due to the personnel initiative of MLA and express their sincere thanks to Shri Sanbor Shullai and the inauguration function was presided by Shri H. B Wahlang, Rangbah Shnong Upper Lumparing.
Speaking on the occasion as Chief Guest Shri Sanbor Shullai expressed his happiness that the long pending demand of the people of Greater Lumparing Area was fulfilled, as this scheme is a great blessing to the General Public of the Area for the smooth and systematic administration of the Dorbar Shnong to ease day to day needs and requirement for the service of the Authority of the Dorbar Shnong to General Public.
Shri Sanbor Shullai has also informed the gathering that his proposal for an amount of Rs. 9 Crore (Rupees Nine Crores) was sanctioned under his recommendation for various Developmental Schemes and Projects for Road Communication/Sports etc. under Three Dorbar Shnongs of Greater Lumparing Area.
