Shillong, February 19: Today at around 7.15 PM transformer place at Nongrah near Hubert Memorial School Umpling caught fire suddenly and the people residing around were shock at this incident when they hear the sound burst.
Till filing of this report no casualties were reported, people from the one person from the locality said that they first hear the bursting sound and when look outside it was seen that the transformer caught on fire, the reason was not known the MeECL official are on the job to see that no casualties were occurred.
