Shillong, March 10: The superintendent of police East Khasi Hills District, said that this is for general information of the general public that a whatsapp has been widely circulated that one white Maruti Van was trying to kidnap children from certain localities in Shillong City.
Therefore, this is to appeal to the general public that they should not pay heed to such type of wrong information as they are intended to create confusion in the minds of public.
