Bioinformatics Centre of NEHU is organising a national SDMS for Understanding Biodiversity

Shillong, Feb 22: The Bioinformatics Centre is organising a national level 3-day Basic Skill Development Training Program and Lecture series on “Skill Development in Molecular Strategies for Understanding Biodiversity and Human Diseases” from February 28 to March 02, 2019 at Old Guest House NEHU Auditorium under the aegis of Department of Biotechnology, Govt of India, NER Twinning Programme in collaboration with CSIR-Institute of Genomics and integrative Biology, Delhi.

Renowned scientists (some of them are highly prestigious Shantiswaroop Bhattnagar awardees) from IGIB would be delivering lectures and hands-on sessions during the 3 days program that would immensely benefit researchers from North-East India.

The inaugural session will be held on 28th February at 9:30 AM in the NEHU Old Guest House auditorium. Honorable Vice-Chancellor will be the chief guest during the inaugural programme.
