Dr Sandipani complaint that he was tortured by Sengman, MLA at gun point at Rongjeng PWD IB

Shillong, March 10: Dr. Sandipani Malla Bujar Baruah lodged a complaint with the police that on 5^th march 2017 around midnight, he was called in the adjacent room of Rongjeng PWD Inspection Bungalow in East Garo Hills District by Shri Sengnam N Marak, MLA and his friend under the influence of liquor and allegedly made him to stay in their room without any reason and tortured at gun point by the MLA till 3.30 am.
