Shillong, February 04: More than 400 congress suporter joint NPP in Bajengdoba Constituency in Noth Garo Hills District, about 150 Congress workers along with 300 plus primary members today join the National People’s Party (NPP) in Bajengdoba Constituency of North Garo Hills.
The Congress supporters have extended their cooperation and support and have decided to work for NPP candidate Pongseng R. Marak. The NPP candidate Pongseng Marak welcomed the Congress supporters in the party. “We welcome all the workers of the Congress party in our fold. We believe that they would work to strengthen NPP in Bajengdoba constituency”, said Marak.
National President of NPP Mr. Conrad K. Sangma will also officially welcome them in the party during an election rally on February 10.said the press statemet iddued from the NPP Party.
