Shillong, January 03: Dr Celestine Lyngdoh who was appointed as the Meghalaya Pradesh Congress Committee president is camping in Delhi to meet All Indian Congress Committee (AICC) leaders in the national capital.
Sources said that his camping in Delhi is to take guidance from the AICC leaders in the preparation for the coming MLA election in the state of Meghalaya likely to be held next month that is February. It will be big task for the newly appointed MPCC president.
