Shillong, December 03: The Speaker of the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly Mr AT Mondal expresses deep shock and sorrow on sudden passing away of former Minister and MLA Mr Manirul Islam Sarkar.
The Speaker recalled his contribution in the house and his services to the state. The speaker expresses his condolence on behalf of all the MLA to the bereaved family.
