Shillong, March 16: Lieutenant General Depinder Singh Ahuja, General Officer Commanding 101 area called on Mr Banwarilal Purohit the honourable Governor of Assam and Meghalaya, at the Raj Bhavan on 15 march 2017.
In his interaction, the general officer commanding discussed several relevant issues including the prevailing security situation in the state, empowering the ex servicemen of Meghalaya state and solution to the issue of double imposition of excise duty on csd items at the depot level in Assam and at the retail outlets in Meghalaya and Tripura.
