Shillong, July 19: In an effort to attract and encourage local participants in the Rotary Sohra Marathon on August 25^th , There will be a special Registration at a discounted price. The registration will be held on Saturday July 21st and 28^th between 10 am and 4 pm, at Lad Thanad, Saitsohpen, for all registrants that fall under the Sohra Civil Subdivision, Please bring ID.
Also the Rotary Sohra Marathon Committee would like to announce that the Prize Money for all events has been finalized: Full Marathon – Top 3 in both Male and Female Category will be: 1^st Place: 1,00,000. Second Place: Rs. 50,000. and Third Place Rs. 20,000. The Half Marathon 1st Place: 25,000. Second Place: Rs. 15,000. and Third Place Rs. 8,000. and the 10 km: 1^st Place: 12,000. Second Place: Rs. 8,000. and Third Place Rs. 6,000.
