Shillong, November 01: The Chief Minister of Meghalaya Dr Mukul Sangmatoday said that the Union Minister of the BJP government has by pass the protocol procedure while coming to the state. India is a federal state when Union Minister is coming into the state information should reach to the office of the Chief Minister.
By practice and convention that follow any Union Minister coming to the state should sent letter to the Chief Minister office that union minister is coming into the state since their expenses is born from the public exchequer.
The Chief Minister has pointed out that the Union Minister of state for Tourism Mr KJ Alphons has come to the state the office of the Chief Minister did not get any information about his coming, is that right, they did not keep the protocol.
The Chief Minister Dr Mukul Sangma said that the BJP will get Zero in the upcoming election to the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly. On the demonetization there must be hidden agenda where the rich become richer the truth will come out.
