Tura MP visited injured people who were admitted at NEIGRIMS hospital

Shillong, March 06: Mr  Conrad K Sangma MP Lok Sabha from Tura, Meghalaya visited the injured admitted in NEIGRIMS because of the tragic accident which took place at Jdohkroh village, 11 km from Nongstoin, the district headquarters of  West Khasi Hills. All the victims were proceedings towards Nonglang village to attend  the synod of Presbyterian Church.

Mr. Conrad K Sangma met the patients who were admitted at Neigrims Hospital and sought information from the doctors and nurses on duty about the conditions and status of the patients where he was told that two patients died due to serious injuries and two  are still in critical condition while others have shown some signs of positive recovery.

He thanked the doctors and nurses for the care shown to the patients and requested them the to continue the service being given by them. The Hon’ble MP also discussed the issues and problems that were being faced by the hospital and assured the management that he would take up the matter with concerned authorities.
