Shillong, August 19:: A One Day State Level Technical Seminar on the theme “Creating Opportunities for Inclusive Growth” organize by the Meghalaya Veterinary Services Association (MVSA) was held today at Shillong.
The programme was attended by Dr. (Mrs) W.Papang, Director Animal Husbandry and Veterinary, Dr. Arnab Sen, Principal Scientist & Head Animal Health Division, ICAR, Smti C. D. Lyngwa, Deputy Secretary, A.H. & Veterinary, Dr. E. Bareh, President, Meghalaya State Veterinary Council, Dr. K. B. Sahkhar, Incharge President MVSA and officers of the department.
During the technical sessions, various subjects were presented which includes a lecture on FRs and SRs by Shri G. S. Sohlang, Changing pattern of livestock diseases by Dr. Arnab Sen and Human Development by Prof. Sanjib Kakoty from IIM, Shillong.
