Shillong, July 05: The Chief Minister Dr Mukul Sangma will inaugurate the District Jail in Ri Bhoi District on this coming Friday at Mawsyntai village near Nongpoh.
With the inauguration of this District jail it wills east the congestion of prison inmate in the Shillong Jail which is overcrowded, snice Ri Bhoi did not have any Jail all the under trial prisoners are kept in Shillong Jail.
