Shillong, Naitung, 18: the Superindetdent Of police East Khasi Hillhas inform that FIR was received against the managing director, ACME service Shillong that are many investor clients who are yet to get to their maturity payments after due date from the Company.
It is further found that prior to registering of the case , the clients investor during the last fews days have trying to get the payments backout to no avails and in this regard anumber of clients investor also submitted the written FIR praying for their payment.
In this connection , acase has been registered with Laitumkhrah police station and invest tigation on , it was found that many investor have not reported to the I/O for recording of the statement .
