Shillong, May 10: Today at around three o’clock in the afternoon one 108-Ambulance while reaching Kreit Village under Mawngap police station of East Khasi Hills District plunged into a gorge in this incident both the driver and the helper die on the spot.
Police said that the Ambulance of the EMRI bearing the registration number ML-01-5803 driven by Mr Teiborlang Lyngdoh 32 years of age and along with him Mr Kyrshanbor Marwein 32 years who is the helper, both of them die on the sport. The police is inquiring to fine out the cause of the incident.
