Shillong, Feb 13: The Government of Meghalaya has declared 27th February, 2023 as paid holiday under the N.I. Act, 1881 to all public/private commercial and industrial enterprise etc (including shops and factories) situated under the State of Meghalaya to enable the voters to exercise their franchise.
This was informed by the Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya, Labour Department.
