Shillong, Sept 20: The Raj Bhavan, Shillong in a press release issued today has informed that Shri Satya Pal Malik, Governor of Meghalaya got himself tested again today, the 20th September, 2020 and he was found negative.
On three earlier occasions also since his taking oath as Governor of Meghalaya he was tested as per Health protocols and was found negative.
At the same time, all 59 active cases of Raj Bhavan which comprises of officers, staff, attendants, drivers, security personnel are all fine and asymptomatic.
These are staff and personnel who were tested positive in three rounds of testing done in 11th, 13th and 17th September, 2020. They would also be re- tested accordingly per existing testing protocols of Health and Family Welfare Department, Government of Meghalaya.
