Shillong, September 30: The Learned Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Shillong vide an order date 11.08.2016 convicted Smti. Larica Kharmawphlang and Shri Wakorbiki Slong for committing nuisance in public u/s 110(1)(b)(e) Meghalaya Police Act and imposed a fine of Rs 5000/- on each The same Court vide an order no 28.09.2016 convicted Shri Asmil Hussain who was booked for committing nuisance in public place under same section of law and imposed a fine of Rs 5000/-
The Learned Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Shillong vide an order dt.8.9.2016 convicted Shri Purandar Boro who was booked by Laitumkhrah Traffic Branch u/s 184/185/196 M.V.Act for driving the vehicle under influence of alcohol. He was also imposed a fine of Rs.4000/- and disqualified from driving a vehicle for a period of Six months and his Driving License was also seized.
The Learned Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Shillong vide an order dt.28.9.2016 convicted Shri Dominic Lyngdoh who was booked by Mawlai Traffic Branch u/s 185 M.V.Act for driving under influence of alcohol. He was also imposed a fine of Rs.2000/-. and disqualified from driving a vehicle for a period of Six months and his Driving License was also seized.
