Ampati, April 14: The Ampati Fire and Emergency Service Station observed Fire Service Day on Monday with a strong focus on public awareness and fire safety education.
As part of the observance, the department organized a procession that commenced from the Fire Station and covered all major roads of Ampati and its nearby areas.
The aim was to spread awareness among the public about the do’s and don’ts of fire safety and methods to prevent fire-related incidents.
Firefighters and personnel participated in the procession, distributing pamphlets and engaging with the local community to emphasize the importance of vigilance, preparedness, and timely response in case of fire emergencies.
The initiative was well-received by residents, and the Fire Department reiterated its commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of the public through continued awareness efforts and prompt emergency response services.
