Shillong, September 13: Today at around ten thirty in the morning children from village Nongkseh Rim as usual went to the River Umsohlang to wash cloths, but to their surprise they saw one brief case under the water.
These children’s came rushing home to inform the elders about what they saw in the place where they used to wash cloths daily. The elders rushed to the place to see what these children’s inform.
Speaking to SP News Agency, one of the elder who was present, he said that, when they saw that the brief case there in the river as told by the children’s they immediately inform the police and without delay the police arrived in the spot.
With great cautious, the police take the brief case from the river, and when they open, to their surprise they found that it contains explosive materials. This explosive material includes dynamite; bullets and pistol were also found.
The surprise one water bottle was also found from the brief case where it was written manufacture in 2015. The police additional SP who was present on the site said that this materials inside the brief case is laying there may be not more than year.
