Court granted fourteen days judicial custody to the accused who sale PDS sugar illegally

Shillong, May 26: The superintendent of police North Garo Hills District said that the court granted fourteen days judicial custody to Mr Diganta Koch who was alleged that he has sold PDS sugar illegally in the open market. The Garo Students Union of Mendal Unit detected, that PDS sugar mean for distribution to the consumer have found way to the open market. The GSU has seized 250 pocket of sugar from Gokol Market on the 24^th May 2017 and they have file an FIR on the 25^th May 2017. The GSU file the FIR at the Bajengdoba Police station against the license holder. The Superintendent of police of North Garo Hills District said that the supply department is investigating the allegation and the matter is under  inuary.
