Shillong, July 21: GVK EMRI 108 in collaboration with Shillong College organized a one day workshop on Advance Post Graduate Diploma in Emergency Care (APGDEC) today in the conference Hall of Shillong College. The programme was inaugurated by the Principal of Shillong College Dr K D Ramsiej.
A total number of 81 students registered for the workshop. The resource person for the workshop is Dr Tiameren Jamir, Head of Emergency Medicine and Learning Canter, GVK EMRI Meghalaya and Mr. Mirborsing Kharkongor a recent graduate of the said course. APGDEC is a 2 years programme designed by GVK EMRI and Stanford School of Medicine, USA and affiliated to Osmania University. The admissions to the course are ongoing.
