Shillong, June 08: The District Magistrate, West Garo Hills has promulgated an Order under Section 144 CrPC prohibiting collection of money, donations, contributions or subscriptions in any manner from individuals, shopkeepers, market places, plying vehicles etc. by any individual, groups, associations or unions whether registered or unregistered, in the District with immediate effect.
