Shillong, September 13: The fate of the No Confidence Motion(NCM) table by the opposition against the government let by Dr Mukul Sangma will come out in the house tomorrow, that was table by three MLA ,Mr Jemino Mawthoh UDP, MrArdent Basaiawmoit HSPDP and James K Sangma of the NPP.
As per rule of the “Rules of Procedure and conduct of business in Meghalaya Legislative Assembly” section 133 and sub section 3 said that if the speaker is of the opinion that the motion is in order he shall read the motion to the Assembly and shall request thus members who are in favour of leave being granted to rise in their places.
And if not less than ten members of the house rise accordingly, the speaker shall intimated that leave is granted and that the motion will be taken on such a day not being more than ten day and not less than twety-four hours from the time leaves is asked.
