New Delhi, March 26: A total seizure of nearly Rs 540 crores has been made by various enforcement agencies across the country as on March 25, 2019. A breakup on the seizure of cash, liquor, drugs, narcotics, precious metals and freebies.
The total amount of cash that was seized is Rs. 143.47 Cores, the total liquor seized worth, Rs 89.64 cores, Drugs, Narcotics seized wroth Rs. 131.75 Croes. Precious Metals seized wroth Rs.162.93 Cores. Freebies and other items seized wroth Rs. 12.202 Cores.
The seizure that was seized particular on cash in different state in the country, from Andra Pradesh Rs.55 cores, Arunachal Pradesh Rs.2.28 cores, Assam Rs.3.97 cores, Bihar Rs. 0.32 cores, Chhattisgarh Rs.0.24 cores, Daman and Diu (UT) Rs.0.32 cores. Goa Rs. 0.23 cores.
In Gujarat Rs. 1.23 Cores, Himachal Pradesh Rs.0.42 cores, Jharkhand Rs.0.22 cores, Karnataka Rs. 5.95 cores, Madhya Pradesh Rs.3.54 cores, Maharashtra Rs.5.90 cores, Manipur Rs.0.03 cores, Meghalaya Rs.0.24 cores, Nagaland Rs.0.70 cores, Odisha Rs.1.54 cores, Puducherry Rs.0.17 cores, Punjab Rs.5.20 cores.
Rajasthan Rs.0.34 Cores, Tamil Nadu Rs.36.6 cores, Telangana Rs.5.26 cores, Tripura Rs.0.03 cores, Uttarakhand Rs.0.84 cores, Uttar Pradesh Rs.8.26 cores and West Bengal Rs.6.43 cores and the grand total that money was seized till 25.3.2019 is Rs. 143. 47 cores, this information as per the PIB report.
